في صباحٍ من أيّام الخريف، ذهبَت ليلى، طارق، وزينب في رحلة إلى البتراء، المدينة الساحرة في الأردن.

On a morning in the fall, Laila, Tariq, and Zainab went on a trip to Petra, the enchanting city in Jordan.

كان الجوّ مثاليًا، والشمس تلقي بظلال ذهبية على الصخور الحمراء ذات الغبار الرقيق.

The weather was perfect, with the sun casting golden shadows on the fine-dusted red rocks.

كانت ليلى دومًا محبة للمغامرات وكانت تعرف أن البتراء تخفي الكثير من الأسرار.

Laila had always loved adventures and knew that Petra hid many secrets.

بينما كانوا يمشون بين الأثار القديمة، لاحظت ليلى شيئًا غير عادي.

As they walked among the ancient ruins, Laila noticed something unusual.

كان هناك ممر ضيق مخفي بين الصخور الكبيرة.

There was a narrow passage hidden between large rocks.

التفتت ليلى إلى طارق وزينب وقالت، "يجب أن نستكشف هذا المكان!

Laila turned to Tariq and Zainab and said, "We must explore this place!

قد نجد شيئًا مهمًا هنا.

We might find something important here."

"كان طارق مترددًا، "لكن ليلى، هذا المكان قد يكون خطيرًا.

Tariq was hesitant, "But Laila, this place might be dangerous.

ونحن لا نملك إذنًا لدخوله.

And we don't have permission to enter it."

"أما زينب، فقد كانت الصحفية الشغوفة بالقصص المثيرة، فقالت بنبرة حماس، "لكن تخيّلوا القصة التي سنحصل عليها إذا وجدنا شيئًا هنا!

Zainab, being the journalist passionate about thrilling stories, said excitedly, "But imagine the story we'll get if we find something here!"

"قررت ليلى الدخول إلى الممر، وقامت باقناع طارق وزينب بالانضمام إليها.

Laila decided to enter the passage and persuaded Tariq and Zainab to join her.

بينما كانوا يتقدمون بخطوات حذرة، كانت الظلمة تزداد من حولهم، وشعروا كأن الهواء أصبح أكثر برودة.

As they moved forward cautiously, the darkness around them increased, and they felt the air become cooler.

فجأة، وجدوا أنفسهم في مواجهة فخٍ قديم أُعدّ قبل قرون.

Suddenly, they found themselves facing an ancient trap set centuries ago.

كانت الصخور تتدحرج أمامهم، وهم يحاولون الحفاظ على توازنهم.

Rocks were rolling before them, and they struggled to keep their balance.

صرخ طارق بحذر، "علينا أن نخرج من هنا بسرعة!

Tariq shouted cautiously, "We need to get out of here quickly!"

"بجهود مضنية وتعاون، تمكنوا من الإفلات من الفخ والوصول إلى مدخل الممر.

With strenuous efforts and cooperation, they managed to escape the trap and reach the entrance of the passage.

لكن قبل خروجهم، لفت انتباه ليلى شيءٌ لامعٌ بين الصخور.

But before they exited, something shiny caught Laila's attention among the rocks.

التقطت القطعة بعناية، وكانت قطعة أثرية تحمل نقوشًا قديمة.

She carefully picked up the piece, and it was an artifact with ancient inscriptions.

عادت ليلى ورفاقها إلى الخارج، والشمس ما زالت تلمع، وانعكست أشعتها على القطعة التي عثرت عليها.

Laila and her companions returned outside, the sun still shining, reflecting its rays on the piece she found.

كانت تشعر بالفخر، لكنها أدركت أهمية الموازنة بين حب المغامرة والحرص الشديد.

She felt proud but realized the importance of balancing her love for adventure with caution.

حملتها القطعة الأثرية إلى المتحف، حيث كانت تحمل دليلًا على تاريخ غير معروف عن البتراء.

وأدركت ليلى أن اكتشافاتها قد تفتح فصلًا جديدًا من تاريخ هذه المدينة العريقة، ولكن بحذرٍ وحسب القوانين.
