Fluent Fiction offers language learning content, including podcasts, stories, and related materials. We provide both free and premium subscription-based services ("Fluent Fiction Plus"). By subscribing to Fluent Fiction Plus, you gain access to exclusive content, ad-free listening, and special features such as LiveLantern.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans for different languages, each within a subscription group. You can choose from weekly, monthly, six-month, and yearly plans. Family share mode is enabled for all subscriptions.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store or by Stripe.

Cancellation and Changes: You can cancel your subscription at any time through our Stripe Billing Portal (for subscriptions made via our website) or through the Apple App Store account settings for subscriptions made through our app on iPhone, iPad, or macOS. Any changes to billing terms, such as switching from one subscription term to another, will be processed by the Apple App Store.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content provided by Fluent Fiction, including but not limited to podcasts, stories, images, and text, is the property of Verbari LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, broadcast, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Transmit any harmful or disruptive code, such as viruses or malware.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our Services.
