كان صباح شتوي بارد في الإسكندرية.

It was a cold winter morning in Alexandria.

السماء ملبدة بالغيوم.

The sky was overcast.

قررت فرح أن تذهب في رحلة إلى مقابر كوم الشقافة.

Farah decided to go on a trip to the Kom El Shoqafa Catacombs.

كانت فرح تحب التاريخ، وخاصةً التاريخ المصري القديم.

Farah loved history, especially ancient Egyptian history.

كان شقيقها عمر يرافقها، لكنه كان مترددًا.

Her brother Omar accompanied her, but he was hesitant.

قالت فرح، "عمر، يجب أن نكتشف هذا المكان السري.

Farah said, "Omar, we must explore this secret place.

لقد سمعت الكثير عن الغرفة المخفية.

I've heard a lot about the hidden chamber.

ربما نجد شيئًا مدهشًا."

Maybe we'll find something amazing."

هز عمر رأسه قائلاً، "فرح، ماذا لو لم تكن الغرفة موجودة؟

Omar shook his head, saying, "Farah, what if the room doesn't exist?

وماذا لو تورطنا في مشكلة؟

And what if we get into trouble?

المكان محمي."

The place is guarded."

ضحكت فرح، "لا تكن خائفًا، فقط تخيل ما يمكن أن نجده."

Farah laughed, "Don't be afraid, just imagine what we could find."

في النهاية، انضم عمر إليها.

In the end, Omar joined her.

دخلوا الممرات الرطبة والكئيبة للمقابر.

They entered the damp and gloomy corridors of the catacombs.

أضواء الكشافات تضيء الطريق، والظلال تتراقص على الجدران المزخرفة بنقوش قديمة.

The flashlight beams lit the way, and shadows danced on the walls adorned with ancient carvings.

بينما يتجولان، لاحظت فرح شقًّا صغيرًا في أحد الجدران.

As they wandered, Farah noticed a small crack in one of the walls.

قالت، "انظر، هناك!"

She said, "Look, there!"

كانت هناك ممر ضيق بالكاد مرئي.

There was a barely visible narrow passage.

تقدمت فرح بحذر، وعمر خلفها بقلبه ينبض من الخوف والفضول معًا.

Farah advanced cautiously, with Omar behind her, his heart pounding with both fear and curiosity.

وصلوا إلى غرفة صغيرة، مليئة برموز غير معروفة وآثار قديمة.

They reached a small room filled with unknown symbols and ancient artifacts.

لكن فجأة سمعوا خطوات تقترب.

But suddenly they heard footsteps approaching.

كان الوقت ضيقًا.

Time was tight.

قال عمر، "فرح، علينا الخروج الآن!"

Omar said, "Farah, we have to get out now!"

عادوا إلى الممر الرئيسي بسرعة، قلوبهم تتسابق خوفًا واثارة.

They rushed back to the main corridor, their hearts racing with fear and excitement.

نجحوا في الهروب قبل أن يراهم الحراس.

They managed to escape before the guards saw them.

حين وصلوا إلى الخارج، شعر عمر بفرحة مليئة بالإثارة، وقال، "لقد كان ذلك مذهلاً! لم أصدق أننا فعلناها."

When they reached outside, Omar felt a thrill of excitement and said, "That was amazing! I can't believe we did it."

ابتسمت فرح وعانقته، "أنا ممتنة لك، عمر. من دونك، لما استطعنا الخروج."

Farah smiled and hugged him, "I'm grateful to you, Omar. Without you, we couldn't have gotten out."

قال عمر، "وأنا تعلمت أن القليل من المغامرة ليست سيئة.

Omar said, "And I've learned that a little adventure isn't bad.

وأنتِ، يجب أن تعطي للكلمة الحذرة قيمة أكبر."

And you should give more value to the cautious word."

عادا إلى المنزل يحملان ذكريات لا تُنسى، وحياة مغامرة جديدة في قلبهما.

They returned home carrying unforgettable memories and a new adventurous spirit in their hearts.
