A l'altra banda de la sala, en Jordi, l'intern ambiciós, estava immers en solucionar un problema tècnic amb el software que utilitzaven.

"Núria," va dir l'Oriol, alçant la veu per sobre del brunzit constant de l'oficina.

"Núria," Oriol said, raising his voice over the constant hum of the office.

"No creus que hauríem de fer servir una paleta de colors més atrevida? Aportaria més vida a la presentació."

"Don't you think we should use a bolder color palette? It would bring more life to the presentation."

La Núria va sospirar.

Núria sighed.

"Em sembla que hauríem de mantenir-nos en la línia corporativa. El client és molt tradicional."

"I think we should stick to the corporate line. The client is very traditional."

Es va crear una tensió evident entre ells, mentre discutien els detalls.

La Núria sentia la pressió, però sabia que necessitava confiar en les competències d'Oriol i Jordi.

Aquella tarda, a la sala de reunions, tot estava llest... o això semblava, fins que, enmig de la presentació, el software va fallar.

That afternoon, in the meeting room, everything was ready... or so it seemed, until, in the middle of the presentation, the software failed.

Els seus cors es van parar un moment.

La Núria, sentint el món desmoronar-se, va respirar profundament.

La reunió va prosseguir amb la Núria parlant obertament sobre les seves idees i aprofitant la sinceritat de l'instant.

A poc a poc, va notar com el client s'interessava més.

Gradually, she noticed the client becoming more interested.

Al final de la reunió, el client es va mostrar impressionat pel seu enfocament autèntic i honest.

At the end of the meeting, the client seemed impressed by her authentic and honest approach.

"Estaríem encantats de treballar amb vosaltres," va dir.

"We would be delighted to work with you," they said.

Mentre el client sortia, la Núria va somriure, sentint-se més lleugera.

Havia après una cosa important.

En aquella oficina moderna, amb el panorama de Barcelona al seu darrere, va entendre la importància de la confiança i la flexibilitat.
