Uvnitř akvária byla atmosféra kouzelná.

Nádoby s vodou svítily modře, ryby plavaly s grácií a zpívaly tiché podmořské písně.

Jiriho oči spočinuly na rozsáhlé knize o mořských tvorech, ale cena byla vysoká.

Jiri’s eyes fell on a comprehensive book about sea creatures, but the price was high.

"Jire, ta kniha je drahá," poukázala Lenka, jako by četla jeho myšlenky.

"Jiri, that book is expensive," Lenka pointed out, as if reading his thoughts.

"Možná se ti bude hodit víc, když vezmeš něco jiného."

"Maybe you'd be better off picking something else."

Jiri chvíli váhal mezi knihou a klíčenkou s vyobrazením želvy.

Jiri hesitated for a moment between the book and a keychain with a turtle design.

"Lenko, ta kniha je úžasná, plná detailů o mořském životě," řekl s pohledem upřeným na obálku.

"Lenka, that book is amazing, full of details about marine life," he said, his gaze fixed on the cover.

"Ale máš pravdu," povzdechl si.

"But you're right," he sighed.

"Nesmím zapomínat, že jsme studenti."

"I mustn't forget that we're students."

Nakonec zahlédl malou brožurku o pražských řekách a vodním životě.

In the end, he spotted a small brochure about the Praha rivers and aquatic life.

Byla levná a zároveň obsahovala informace, které ho zajímaly.

It was cheap and at the same time contained information that interested him.

S pocitem spokojenosti ji vzal do ruky.

Feeling satisfied, he took it in his hand.

"To je skvělá volba, Jiri," usmála se Lenka uznale.

"That's a great choice, Jiri," Lenka smiled approvingly.

"Vypadá to, že víš, jak si udržet rovnováhu mezi svou vášní a praktickou stránkou."

"It looks like you know how to balance your passion with practicality."

Vyšli z akvária do chladného večera, brožurka bezpečně uložená v Jiriho batohu.

They left the aquarium into the chilly evening, the brochure safely tucked away in Jiri's backpack.

Usmíval se s vědomím, že našel způsob, jak obohatit své znalosti, aniž by porušil banku.
