Saved in Snowdonia: A Tale of Survival and Serendipity
Ar fore braf, Dylan aeth i Barc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
On a fine morning, Dylan went to Snowdonia National Park.
Roedd yr haul yn disgleirio'n felyn ac roedd yr awyr yn glir.
The sun was shining yellow and the sky was clear.
Cyrhaeddodd bryn tal, Tal-y-Llyn, ac roedd yn edrych allan dros y golygfeydd godidog o'r mynyddoedd a'r llynnoedd.
He arrived at a tall hill, Tal-y-Llyn, and looked out over the magnificent views of the mountains and lakes.
Roedd Dylan yn mwynhau'r lletygarwch a'r tawelwch.
Dylan enjoyed the hospitality and tranquility.
Roedd yn cerdded llwybr cul.
He walked along a narrow path.
Yn sydyn, dechreuodd deimlo'n wael.
Suddenly, he started to feel unwell.
Roedd ei anadlu'n anodd.
His breathing was difficult.
Roedd ei frest yn dynn.
His chest was tight.
Sylweddolodd ei fod yn mynd trwy ymosodiad asthma difrifol.
He realized he was having a severe asthma attack.
Gafaelodd ei law wrth ei frest.
He clutched his hand to his chest.
Roedd yn gweithio’n galed i frwydro am anadl.
He was working hard to fight for breath.
Roedd ei feddwl yn rasio, yn celwyddo os gallai cyrraedd cymorth mewn pryd.
His mind raced, wondering if he could reach help in time.
Nid oedd neb i'w weld.
There was no one in sight.
Dim ond natur wyllt Eryri o'i gwmpas.
Only the wild nature of Snowdonia surrounded him.
Roedd Dylan yn chwysu ac yn teimlo'n ofnus.
Dylan was sweating and feeling fearful.
Cofiodd ei fod wedi dod ag inhaler gyda fe, ond roedd yn y bag, gormod yn bell i gyrraedd ar hyn o bryd.
He remembered that he had brought an inhaler with him, but it was in his bag, too far to reach at that moment.
Clywodd sŵn traed.
He heard the sound of footsteps.
Trodd ei ben.
He turned his head.
Roedd person arall yn dod ar hyd y llwybr.
Another person was coming along the path.
Roedd yn fenyw gyda chas mochyn.
It was a woman with a backpack.
Roedd hi'n nyrs, dywedodd hi.
She said she was a nurse.
Gwelodd hi Dylan mewn trafferth.
She saw Dylan in trouble.
Aeth hi'n gyflym ato.
She quickly went to him.
Agorodd hi ei bag a chymerodd allan adlydd asthma.
She opened her bag and took out an asthma inhaler.
Chwistrellodd hi'r meddyginiaeth i geg Dylan.
She administered the medication into Dylan's mouth.
Yr effeithiau bron yn syth.
The effects were almost immediate.
Roedd anadlu Dylan yn dychwelyd i normal.
Dylan's breathing returned to normal.
Diolchodd Dylan wrthi dro ar ôl tro.
He thanked her repeatedly.
"Ti'n iawn nawr," meddai hi'n dawel.
"You're okay now," she said calmly.
"Oes angen ffôn arnat ti i alw am gymorth?"
"Do you need a phone to call for help?"
"Dwi'n iawn... diolch," atebodd Dylan gyda gwen wan.
"I'm okay... thank you," Dylan replied with a weak smile.
Roedd yn ddiolchgar iawn.
He was very grateful.
Roedd yn chwilfrydig am ei achubwr dirgel.
He was curious about his mysterious rescuer.
Dysgodd bod Rhian oedd ei henw.
He learned that her name was Rhian.
Treuliodd Dylan weddill y diwrnod yn arafach, yn ddiolchgar am ei achub ac am y ffordd y gall pobl ddod i'w gilydd mewn adegau o angen.
Dylan spent the rest of the day more slowly, grateful for his rescue and for the way people can come together in times of need.
Ac felly, mynyddoedd Eryri dawel wedyn.
And so, the mountains of Snowdonia were quiet again.
Mae'n rhaid cofio gofalu am ein hunain a phwy sydd o'n cwmpas.
It is important to remember to take care of ourselves and those around us.
Mae'n dda gobeithio bod pobun dd gael help ar adegau o angen, ond mae angen bod yn wyliadwrus.
While it’s good to hope that everyone can get help when needed, we must stay vigilant.
Nod dieithr Rhian wedi achub Dylan gyda'i pharodrwydd i helpu.
The stranger Rhian had saved Dylan with her readiness to help.
Roedd yn rhoi gobeithiad newydd iddo.
She gave him new hope.
Roedd y diwrnod wedi gorffen yn dda, ac roedd cyfrinachau Natur yn dal i ddisgleirio yn haul dwyrain o Eryri.
The day had ended well, and the secrets of Nature continued to shine in the eastern sun of Snowdonia.
