  • Roedd hi'n ddiwrnod braf yn Eryri.

It was a fine day in Snowdonia.

  • Daeth Aneira, Dylan a Carys yno i gerdded yn y parciau gwyrddlas.

Aneira, Dylan, and Carys had come there to walk in the green parks.

  • Roedd y tri ffrind yn edrych ymlaen at y diwrnod hir o anturiaethau a golygfeydd godidog.

The three friends looked forward to a long day of adventures and stunning views.

  • Roedd y tywydd yn berffaith ac roedd yr awyr gwyn las.

The weather was perfect and the sky was white and blue.

  • “Gawn ni fynd fyny wedyn lawr yr allt sydd yna,” meddai Dylan yn llawn brwdfrydedd.

“Can we go up and then down that hill?” Dylan said enthusiastically.

  • “Bydd yn wych,” atebodd Aneira.

“It will be great,” replied Aneira.

  • Cerddon nhw ymlaen yn gofalus, heibio i afonydd bywiog a choed tal.

They walked carefully, passing lively rivers and tall trees.

  • Roedd gwên ar wyneb Carys wrth weld yr holl natur o'i chwmpas.

A smile appeared on Carys' face as she saw all the nature around her.

  • Yn sydyn, daeth Aneira i stop.

Suddenly, Aneira came to a stop.

  • “Awh!” gwaeddodd hi wrth ddisgyn i'r llawr.

“Ouch!” she cried out as she fell to the ground.

  • Roedd trwyn ei throed yn boenus iawn.

Her ankle was in a lot of pain.

  • “Beth ddigwyddodd?” gofynnodd Dylan yn bryderus.

    “What happened?” Dylan asked worriedly.

  • “Tair dro chi mi wnes i droedio ar garreg lachar a throi fy migwrn,” atebodd Aneira yn brifo.

“I think I stepped on a loose rock and twisted my ankle,” Aneira answered, hurting.

  • Ei hwyneb yn wyn gan y boen.

Her face was white with pain.

  • “Www, mae hynny'n edrych yn dost,” meddai Carys yn dosturiol.

“Wow, that looks painful,” Carys said sympathetically.

  • “Beth gallwn ni neud?”

    “What can we do?”

  • “Rhaid i ni ei helpu hi i gael gorffwys,” awaedodd Dylan yn sicr.

“We need to help her rest,” declared Dylan firmly.

  • Codon nhw Aneira'n ofalus a chariwyd hi i lawr yr allt.

They carefully picked Aneira up and carried her down the hill.

  • Roedd y llwybr yn anodd, ond doedd dim modd ildio.

The path was difficult, but there was no way to give up.

  • Roedd rhaid iddynt ddod o hyd i rywle iddi eistedd ac ymlacio.

They had to find somewhere for her to sit and relax.

  • Wedi cerdded yn araf am beth awr, daethon nhw i gynefin bach gyda choed tal a llwyni tyfniog.

After walking slowly for a while, they found a small clearing with tall trees and thick bushes.

  • “Eistedd yma,” meddai Dylan wrth Aneira.

“Sit here,” Dylan said to Aneira.

  • “Diolch,” atebodd hi yn ddiolchgar.

    “Thanks,” she replied gratefully.

  • Roedd y boen dal yno, ond roedd gorffwys wedi lleddfu rhywfaint ohoni.

The pain was still there, but resting had alleviated some of it.

  • “Fe ddylen ni gael rhywbeth i osod ar eich migwrn,” awgrymodd Carys.

“We should get something to put on your ankle,” suggested Carys.

  • Aeth hi a Dylan i chwilio am ddŵr oer yn yr afon gyfagos.

She and Dylan went to look for cold water in the nearby river.

  • Wedi iddynt lenwi eu potel, dychwelsant at Aneira.

After filling their bottle, they returned to Aneira.

  • “Dyma, rhowch hwn ar eich migwrn,” meddai Carys yn garedig.

“Here, put this on your ankle,” Carys said kindly.

  • “Diolch i chi,” meddyliodd Aneira wrth iddi osod y potel dŵr oer ar ei chlwyf.

“Thank you,” Aneira said as she placed the cold water bottle on her injury.

  • Roedd hi'n dechrau teimlo'n well.

    She began to feel better.

  • Penderfynodd y tri eistedd yno am ychydig cyn symud ymlaen.

The three decided to sit there for a while before moving on.

  • Wrth iddynt eistedd, cynhaliwyd sgyrsiau byr yn dechau a gorffen.

As they sat, brief conversations began and ended.

  • Ar ol i Aneira deimlo'n gryfach, codon nhw a dechrau'r siwrna yn ôl i'r car.

Once Aneira felt stronger, they got up and started the journey back to the car.

  • Y tro hwn, roedd Carys a Dylan yn cerdded yn arafach i sicrhau nad oedd Aneira'n cael mwy o anafion.

This time, Carys and Dylan walked more slowly to ensure that Aneira didn’t get more injured.

  • Wedi iddynt gyrraedd eu car, roedd y tri yn blino, ond roeddent yn falch bod Aneira'n ddiogel.

When they reached their car, the three were tired, but they were glad that Aneira was safe.

  • “Rydyn ni i gyd yn dîm gwych,” meddai Dylan yn hapus.

“We all make a great team,” Dylan said happily.

  • “O'n i ddim yn medru gwneud hebddoch chi,” atebodd Aneira gan wên fawr.

“I couldn’t have done it without you,” Aneira replied with a big smile.

  • Roeddem yr oll yn gwybod bod ffrindiau'n barod i gefnogi'i gilydd trwy bethau anodd fel y digwyddiad heddiw.

They all knew that friends are ready to support each other through difficult times like today.

  • A dyna fe, daeth y diwrnod i ben gyda'r tri yn teimlo'n hapus fod nhw wedi goresgyn yr her ac wedi dal i fod yn ffrindiau agos iawn.

And with that, the day came to an end with the three feeling happy that they had overcome the challenge and remained very close friends.
