  • Ar fore braf yn y Gwanwyn, roedd yr haul yn gwenu dros Barc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.

On a beautiful Spring morning, the sun was smiling over Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.

  • Roedd y mynyddoedd a’r bryniau yn edrych fel pe baen nhw’n cael eu gorchuddio gan garped o wyrddni, a roedd blodau gwyllt yn chwysu lliwiau prydferth rhwng y glaswellt.

The mountains and hills looked as if they were covered with a carpet of greenery, and wildflowers were sweating beautiful colors among the grass.

  • Cododd Gethin, myfyriwr mewnol a sydd eisiau cysylltu â'i gyd-ddisgyblion, ei lygaid i fwynhau tirlun godidog y parc wrth i'r bws ysgol deithio i’r atyniadau a’r traethau.

Gethin, an internal student who wants to connect with his fellow pupils, raised his eyes to enjoy the magnificent landscape of the park as the school bus traveled to the attractions and the beaches.

  • Yn ei gornel mae Carys, yn egnïol iawn fel arfer, yn sgwrsio'n orfoleddus, ac mae'n amlwg ei bod hi awydd gwneud ei marc yn y daith astudio.

In her corner, Carys, usually very energetic, was chatting joyously, and it was clear she was eager to make her mark on the study trip.

  • Yng nghefn y bws, roedd Eleri, yn dawel a myfyrgar, yn sefyll yn ddi-os yn darllen llyfr.

At the back of the bus, Eleri, quiet and contemplative, was unquestionably standing while reading a book.

  • Erbyn hyn, roedd y grŵp wedi dod i arfer â’i natur swil ac amharodrwydd i roi ei barn.

By this time, the group had become accustomed to her shy nature and reluctance to share her opinion.

  • Pan oedd yr athro wedi gorffen eu cyfarwyddiadau, penderfynodd Gethin, â phersonoliaeth fyfyrdod meddwl, ei bod yn amser i atal Claw Carys a chynnig rhywbeth arbennig i’r grŵp.

When the teacher had finished their instructions, Gethin, with a reflective persona, decided it was time to interrupt Carys' Claw and offer something special to the group.

  • Dywedodd, “Rydw i’n gwybod llwybr arbennig.

He said, "I know of a special path.

  • Mae yna rhaeadr gysgodol sydd ddim yn bell i ffwrdd.

There's a secluded waterfall not far away.

  • Allwn ni fynd draw?

    Can we go over?"

  • ”Roedd Carys wedi blincio ei llygaid i anwybyddu’r cynnig.

Carys blinked her eyes to ignore the suggestion.

  • Ond roedd Eleri, wedi codi ei golwg o’i llyfr am y tro cyntaf, wedi cwestiynu’n ufudd, “Beth sydd mor arbennig amdano fe, Gethin?

But Eleri, raising her gaze from her book for the first time, questioned obediently, "What's so special about it, Gethin?"

  • ”Atebodd Gethin, “Mae’n brydferth iawn.

    Gethin replied, "It's very beautiful.

  • Mae’r lliwiau’r hanfodion, mae'r synnwyr tawel, y gerddoriaeth o’r dŵr… rhaid ei weld i’w gredu.

The colors of the elements, the sense of calm, the music of the water... you have to see it to believe it."

  • ”Arweiniodd Gethin y ffordd, gan esbonio amgylchiadau naturiol y llwybr wrth symud.

Gethin led the way, explaining the natural circumstances of the path as they moved.

  • Wrth dynnu at y rhaeadr, roedd Carys wedi stopio ac wedi syllu.

As they approached the waterfall, Carys stopped and stared.

  • Roedd y dŵr yn disgyn mewn tonnau trydan, yn chwistrellu’n barhaus i byllau clir isod.

The water was falling in electric waves, continuously splashing into clear pools below.

  • Roedd y lliwiau’r haul yn chwarae â’r dŵr, yn creu bwa enfys fel pe baent yn dawnsio.

The colors of the sun played with the water, creating a rainbow as if they were dancing.

  • “Mae hyn yn anhygoel,” meddai Carys, gyda synnwyr a chyfarch y pethau mawr.

"This is amazing," said Carys, with a sense of acknowledgment for the grand things.

  • “Diolch, Gethin.

    "Thanks, Gethin.

  • Amdamser i’m dysgu rhywbeth arbennig.

About time I learned something special."

  • ”Roedd Eleri’n gwenu gyda boddhad, gan edrych tuag at Gethin.

Eleri smiled with satisfaction, looking towards Gethin.

  • Dywedodd hi, “Rydw i wedi bod yn amau ein bod yn colli cystadlaeth i weledigaeth.

She said, "I had been suspecting that we were missing a competition for vision."

  • ”A dyna oedd bryd hynny, gan naid i gymhelli newydd y grŵp gydnabod Gallu Gethin i arwain a’r cysylltiad â phob gofod.

And it was right then, jumping to a new impulse for the group to recognize Gethin's ability to lead and the connection with every space.

  • Fodd bynnag, am y tro cyntaf, roedd Gethin yn ffynnu.

However, for the first time, Gethin was thriving.

  • Roedd llwyddiant y daith a’r rhaeadr wedi cryfhau ei hyder.

The success of the trip and the waterfall had strengthened his confidence.

  • Roedd wedi llwyddo i gysylltu â’i gyd-ddisgyblion, a’i gariad dros natur yn cael ei gydnabod.

He had managed to connect with his fellow pupils, and his love of nature was being acknowledged.

  • Roedd y dydd yn dod i ben gyda gweld tirlun Banau Brycheiniog yn bwrw cysgodion hir a phethogol dros y bryniau.

The day was ending with the sight of Bannau Brycheiniog's landscape casting long and enchanting shadows over the hills.

  • Roedd y profiad wedi cynnig hafan i Gethin gan eglurder newydd yn ei gadarnahanaeth gyda’r grŵp, ac yn bennaf oll, roedd pob un wedi gadael gyda gwên a mwynhau ysbryd y byd naturiol.

The experience had offered a haven to Gethin with new clarity in his assurance with the group, and above all, everyone had left with a smile and enjoyed the spirit of the natural world.
