  • Vanalinna kitsad tänavad olid täis elu.

The narrow streets of the old town were full of life.

  • Maarja kõndis mööda kivisillutist ja vaatas ringi.

Maarja walked along the cobblestone path and looked around.

  • Turistid tegid fotosid ja kuulsid igast nurgast tänavamuusikat.

Tourists were taking photos, and street music could be heard from every corner.

  • Maarjal oli raske.

    Maarja was struggling.

She studied hard but still felt overwhelmed and lonely.

One summer afternoon, she met her friend Juhan, who had always been there for her.

  • Maarja istus puidust pingile Raekoja platsi ääres.

Maarja sat on a wooden bench at the edge of the Town Hall Square.

She looked into the distance with tired eyes and felt the warmth of the sun on her skin.

  • Juhan tuli ja istus tema kõrvale.

Juhan came and sat down next to her.

  • "Tere, Maarja," ütles Juhan sooja naeratusega.

"Hello, Maarja," Juhan said with a warm smile.

  • Maarja vastas vaikselt: "Tere, Juhan."

    Maarja responded quietly, "Hello, Juhan."

  • "Mis viga?" küsis Juhan, murelik toon hääles.

"What's wrong?" Juhan asked, a concerned tone in his voice.

  • Maarja ohkas.

    Maarja sighed.

"I feel like I can't go on anymore. The studies are so hard, and I don't know how to move forward. I feel so useless and alone."

  • Juhan vaatas Maarjat mõistvalt.

    Juhan looked at Maarja understandingly.

"My friend, you are not alone. I understand you," he said, taking a deep breath and adding, "I have my own worries too. I worry about the future and sometimes feel anxious."

  • Maarja tõstis pea ja vaatas Juhanile otsa.

Maarja lifted her head and looked at Juhan.

  • "Sa? Sina oled alati nii kindel ja rahulik," ütles ta üllatunult.

"You? You always seem so confident and calm," she said, surprised.

  • Juhan naeratas kergelt.

    Juhan smiled lightly.

  • "Igal inimesel on omad raskused, Maarja. Me kõik täiendame teineteist."

"Everyone has their own struggles, Maarja. We all complement each other."

  • Vaikides mõtlesid nad oma tunnetele.

    Silently, they pondered their feelings.

  • Siis küsis Maarja: "Mida me tegema peaksime?"

Then Maarja asked, "What should we do?"

  • Juhan mõtles hetke ja then vastas: "Lõpetame üksinduse. Räägime teineteisele oma muredest ja teeme plaani."

Juhan thought for a moment and then replied, "Let's end the loneliness. Let's talk to each other about our worries and make a plan."

  • Nad arutasid, kuidas toetada teineteist.

They discussed how to support each other.

Maarja promised that she would talk about her feelings and struggles rather than carrying everything alone.

Juhan promised that he would share his fears and concerns so they could support each other.

  • Nädalad möödusid ja Maarja tundis end paremini.

Weeks passed, and Maarja felt better.

Every time she felt anxious about her studies, she talked to Juhan about it.

And Juhan, who had previously faced his worries alone, opened up to Maarja.

  • Nad õppisid koos, motiveerisid teineteist ja tundsid, kuidas sõprus muutus aina tugevamaks.

They studied together, motivated each other, and felt their friendship growing stronger.

The streets of Tallinn's old town were still full of people and music.

  • Kuid nüüd tundsid Maarja ja Juhan end palju vähem üksildasena.

But now, Maarja and Juhan felt much less lonely.

  • Nad nägid iga päevaga, et koos suudavad nad iga raskuse ületada.

Every day, they realized that together, they could overcome any challenge.

  • Nad istusid jälle Raekoja platsi puidust pingil, jälgides inimeste sagimist.

They sat again on the wooden bench at the Town Hall Square, watching the hustle and bustle of people.

  • Maarja naeratas ja ütles: "Aitäh, Juhan. Ma tunnen end tugevamana."

Maarja smiled and said, "Thank you, Juhan. I feel stronger."

  • Juhan naeratas vastu. "Koos oleme tugevamad, Maarja."

Juhan smiled back. "Together, we are stronger, Maarja."

In the end, they realized that the greatest strength comes from friendship and support.

They were no longer afraid of the future and felt that together, they could overcome anything.

  • Nende sõprus sai uue tähenduse ja nende ühendus muutus veelgi tugevamaks tänu ühisele mõistmisele ja toele.

Their friendship took on a new meaning, and their bond grew even stronger thanks to mutual understanding and support.
