Kalle istus Tallinnas oma korteris arvuti ees, väljas sadas vaikselt lund ning tuba täitis pehme valgus.

Kalle was sitting in his apartment in Tallinn in front of the computer, while softly falling snow covered the outside, and the room was filled with gentle light.

Tema süda hakkas kiirendama, kui ta vajutas "helista" nupule.

His heart began to race as he pressed the "call" button.

Ekraanile ilmus Anu, kes istus rõdul Sydneys.

Anu appeared on the screen, sitting on a balcony in Sydney.

Taustal kostis vaikset mere kohinat, päike paistis eredalt.

The quiet sound of the sea was audible in the background, and the sun was shining brightly.

"Tere, Kalle! Kuidas sul päev läinud on?" Anu hääles oli soe ja rõõmsameelne toon.

"Hello, Kalle! How has your day been?" Anu's voice had a warm and cheerful tone.

"Tere, Anu. Täna oli tavaline päev. Aga ma igatsen sind," vastas Kalle, püüdes hoida meeleolu kerge.

"Hi, Anu. It was an ordinary day today. But I miss you," Kalle replied, trying to keep the mood light.

"Tunnen sama sinu järele," ütles Anu, vaadates kaugusse.

"I feel the same way about you," said Anu, looking into the distance.

"Siin on suvi nii ilus. Aga sa tead ka, et minu töö on praegu väga tähtis."

"Summer is so beautiful here. But you know that my work is very important right now."

"Ma tean, Anu. Aga vahemaa... see teeb kõik raskeks. Mõtlesin, et võiksin tulla Sydneysse sind külastama," pakkus Kalle, pannes lootuse oma ettepanekusse.

"I know, Anu. But the distance... it makes everything difficult. I was thinking I could come to Sydney to visit you," Kalle suggested, putting hope into his proposal.

Anu vaatas teda tõsise pilguga.

Anu looked at him with a serious gaze.

"See oleks tore, aga kas sa ikka saad seda endale lubada? Ma tean, et see on kallis ning mul on siin mõned asjad, millega tuleb tegeleda."

"That would be nice, but can you really afford it? I know it's expensive, and I have some things here I need to deal with."

"Mul poleks midagi selle vastu, kui saaksime veeta koos rohkem aega. Isegi kui see on lühiajaliselt," rõhutas Kalle.

"I wouldn't mind if we could spend more time together, even if it's short-term," Kalle emphasized.

"Hmm," sõnas Anu. "Probleem on selles, et ma pole kindel, millal ma tagasi Eestisse tulen. Siin on nii palju võimalusi, et mu karjäär liikuma panna."

"Hmm," said Anu. "The problem is, I'm not sure when I'll be coming back to Estonia. There are so many opportunities here for me to advance my career."

Kalle südames hakkas kerima väikene masenduse varjund.

A tinge of melancholy began to weave into Kalle's heart.

"Kas sa ei plaani tagasi tulla?" küsis ta vaikselt.

"Are you not planning to come back?" he asked quietly.

Anu hingas sügavalt sisse.

Anu took a deep breath.

"Ma ei tea. Ma tahan, aga ma ei taha oma karjäärist loobuda. Võib-olla peame selle läbi mõtlema."

"I don't know. I want to, but I don't want to give up my career. Maybe we need to think this through."

Nende vestlus muutus pisut pingelisemaks, kuid nad jätkasid rääkimist oma vajadustest ja soovidest.

Their conversation grew a bit more tense, but they continued talking about their needs and desires.

Kalle tunnistas, et ta on vahel ebakindel ja vajab rohkem selgust.

Kalle admitted that he was sometimes insecure and needed more clarity.

Anu väljendas oma soovi edasi liikuda tööalaselt, ent mitte Kallet kaotada.

Anu expressed her desire to move forward in her career but not to lose Kalle.

"Mida me siis teeme?" Küsis Kalle lõpuks.

"So what do we do?" Kalle finally asked.

"Kas sa oleksid valmis tulema NÄITEKS kolmeks kuuks? Me saame näha, kuidas suhe töötab, kui me oleme koos samas kohas," pakkus Anu.

"Would you be willing to come FOR EXAMPLE for three months? We can see how the relationship works when we're in the same place," Anu offered.

Kalle noogutas.

Kalle nodded.

"See oleks hea mõte. Ma proovin tulla, ja vaatame siis, kuidas meie suhe areneb."

"That would be a good idea. I'll try to come, and then we'll see how our relationship develops."

Nad lõpetasid kõne leppides kokku külastuse ja otsustades proovida koos olla hoolimata sellest, kui keeruline see hetkeks tundus.

They ended the call agreeing on the visit and deciding to try to be together despite how difficult it seemed for the moment.

Kalle tundis, kuidas Anuga rääkimine andis talle selgust ja rahu.

Kalle felt that talking to Anu gave him clarity and peace.

Vaikne lumetorm jätkus väljas, aga Kalle südametorm rahunes.

The quiet snowstorm continued outside, but the storm in Kalle's heart had calmed.

Anu naeratas viimast korda ekraanil sooja päikese käes, teades, et nad suudavad koos leida viisi, mis sobib neile mõlemale.

Anu smiled one last time on the screen in the warm sunshine, knowing they could find a way that suited them both together.
