"I have to find out what it is."

"אבל הייתה בעיה.

But there was a problem.

הרופא הקהילתי היה נוקשה בקשר לשעות עוצר והגבלות הקור.

The community doctor was strict about curfew hours and drone restrictions.

ובעריכת עיניים, הבאר נראתה מפטידה אך גם מוזרה.

And to the naked eye, the well seemed inviting but also strange.

"אני לא בטוח," אמר יונתן.

"I'm not sure," said Yonatan.

"יש כאן משהו מוזר עם הבאר הזאת.

"There's something strange about this well."

"אביטל חייכה חיוך מסתורי.

Avital smiled a mysterious smile.

"אז בוא נבדוק, יונתן.

"Then let's check it out, Yonatan.

אני אעשה את זה לבד, אבל אני מעדיפה שתבוא איתי.

I'll do it alone, but I'd rather you come with me."

"בזמן שהלילה ירד, והשעון הראה כמעט חצות, שני השכנים החרישיים הזזו בזהירות את שער הברזל הכבד שבכניסה והתקדמו בשקט לעבר הבאר.

As night fell and the clock showed nearly midnight, the two quiet neighbors carefully moved the heavy iron gate at the entrance and quietly advanced toward the well.

Avital's heart was pounding with excitement.

When they arrived, the clock showed exactly midnight, and the light appeared.

"תראה, יונתן," היא אמרה בהתלהבות.

"Look, Yonatan," she said excitedly.

"מצאנו את הפתרון!

"We found the solution!"

"הם חזרו לקהילה בתחושת סיפוק.

They returned to the community with a sense of satisfaction.

אביטל הבינה שלא תמיד צריך לחפש רחוק אחר הרפתקאה.
