It pushed the baskets, ate the grapes, and seemed to delight in its chaos.

“Non ci credo, è di nuovo qui!” esclamò Luca, esausto ma divertito.

"I can't believe it, she's here again!" exclaimed Luca, exhausted but amused.

Alessandro rise. “Forse vuole aiutare anche lei!”

Alessandro laughed. "Maybe she wants to help too!"

“Ci serve una soluzione,” disse Bianca, riflettendo. “Che ne dite di usare un po’ della torta avanzata dalla Befana?”

“We need a solution,” said Bianca, pondering. “What do you think about using some leftover cake from la Befana?”

La proposta di Bianca era semplice ma brillante.

Bianca's proposal was simple yet brilliant.

Avevano ancora un pezzo di torta della Befana, quella festa appena passata che aveva lasciato dolci ricordi.

They still had a piece of cake from la Befana, that recently passed celebration which had left sweet memories.

Luca annuì, pronto a provare qualsiasi cosa pur di allontanare la capretta.

Luca nodded, ready to try anything to keep the goat away.

Con molta calma, Luca prese il pezzo di torta e lo mostrò alla capretta.

With great calm, Luca took the cake piece and showed it to the goat.

Come ipnotizzata, la capra cominciò a seguirlo mentre lui si allontanava dal vigneto.

As if hypnotized, the goat began to follow him as he walked away from the vineyard.

Bianca e Alessandro osservavano con il fiato sospeso.

Finalmente, Luca portò la capra in un campo vicino.

La capretta, completamente rapita dalla delizia dolce, cominciò a mangiare, dimenticandosi delle uve.

Tornato al vigneto, Luca trovò Bianca e Alessandro intenti a finire il lavoro.

“Missione compiuta,” disse sorridendo mentre aiutava a raccogliere gli ultimi grappoli.

“Mission accomplished,” he said, smiling as he helped gather the last bunches.

Con il tramonto che dipingeva il cielo di arancione, il trio si sedette a guardare il lavoro finito.

With the sunset painting the sky orange, the trio sat down to admire their completed work.

Unendo i loro calici di vino, risero del piccolo, imprevedibile evento del giorno.

Clinking their glasses of wine together, they laughed about the day's small, unpredictable event.

“Imparo una cosa nuova ogni giorno,” disse Luca, “che la campagna ha le sue sorprese, e va bene così.”
