東京の冬、冷たい風がビルの間を吹き抜ける。

年末の賑やかな街を見下ろしながら、広志は会社のデスクで肩を落とした。

Looking down at the bustling year-end city, Hiroshi sat at his company desk with slumped shoulders.

He had to work hard to earn a promotion.

広志のデスクは資料とコンピューターコードの山で覆われている。

Hiroshi's desk was covered with a mountain of documents and computer code.

He had been working on it countless times, but technical issues kept arising.

広志はため息をついた。「これじゃ間に合わないかもしれない」と心の中で思った。

To gain his boss's recognition, he had to complete this project.

そんな時、ミユキが通りかかる。

Just then, Miyuki walked by.

「広志さん、大丈夫？」と優しく問いかける。

"Are you okay, Hiroshi?" she kindly asked.

何か手伝おうか？」

"Is there anything I can help with?"

広志は一瞬ためらった。

Hiroshi hesitated for a moment.

自分一人でやり遂げたい。

He wanted to accomplish it alone.

でも、締め切りに間に合わないのはもっと怖いことだ。

However, missing the deadline was even more frightening.

「ありがとう、ミユキさん。実は...少し助けてもらえたら助かる」と広志は決心して言った。

"Thank you, Miyuki. Actually... If you could help a little, that would be great," Hiroshi decided to say.

そうしてミユキと一緒に作業を進める。

Thus, he began working together with Miyuki.

しばらくして、タカヒロも加わる。

Before long, Takahiro joined in as well.

「これ、僕もやろうか？」と力強い声で申し出る。

"Shall I help with this too?" he offered in a strong voice.

広志は三人でやれば何とかなると感じた。

Hiroshi felt that if the three of them worked together, they could make it work somehow.

夜が深まり、オフィスは静かになった。

As the night deepened, the office became quiet.

けれど、広志たちのデスクは暖かく明るかった。

Yet, Hiroshi's desk was warm and bright.

三人は笑い合い、励まし合いながら、プロジェクトを完了させた。

The three of them laughed and encouraged each other as they completed the project.

ついに、年末の締め切りの瞬間。

Finally, it was the moment of the year-end deadline.

成果物を提出し、広志は深く息を吐いた。

After submitting their work, Hiroshi took a deep breath.

「やっと終わった」

"It's finally over."

翌日、広志は上司に呼ばれた。

The next day, Hiroshi was called by his boss.

「広志、よくやった。君のチームワークは素晴らしい」と満面の笑みで言われた。

"Great job, Hiroshi. Your teamwork was wonderful," he said with a big smile.

広志は驚いた。

帰り道、冬の冷気が頬を冷たくする。
