Lars gikk ut av døren.
Lars walked out of the door.
Han bodde i Oslo.
He lived in Oslo.
Lars skulle ta bussen til jobben.
Lars was going to take the bus to work.
I morgen var hans første dag på jobben.
Tomorrow was his first day at the job.
Han var nervøs, men spente.
He was nervous but excited.
Buss stoppet var nær hans hus.
The bus stop was near his house.
Lars kom dit på fem minutter.
Lars got there in five minutes.
Han ventet på bussen.
He waited for the bus.
Buss nummer 30 skulle ta ham til jobben.
Bus number 30 was supposed to take him to work.
Plutselig kom en buss.
Suddenly, a bus arrived.
Lars løp og gikk på bussen.
Lars ran and got on the bus.
Bussen var full.

Og uansett hvor stresset og bekymret Lars var, husket han alltid den dagen.
And no matter how stressed and worried Lars was, he always remembered that day.
Dagen da han ved en tilfeldighet tok feil buss og endte opp i dyreparken.
The day when he accidentally took the wrong bus and ended up at the zoo.
Og hver gang han husket den dagen, smilte han.
And every time he remembered that day, he smiled.
