Sofie and Henrik were excited.
Midsommer var alltid gøy i Bergen.

The family had a big garden.
Der samlet de alle til grilling og spill.

Kvelden ble avsluttet med marshmallows stekt på bålet.

Mamma fortalte spøkelseshistorier, og alle lo og grøsset.

When it was time to go home, everyone was tired but happy.

På veien hjem holdt Sofie og Henrik hverandre i hånden.
On the way home, Sofie and Henrik held hands.
"Sofie, det var en fin dag," sa Henrik.
"Sofie, it was a nice day," said Henrik.
"Ja, vi må gjøre det igjen neste år," svarte Sofie.
"Yes, we must do it again next year," answered Sofie.
Så sovnet de begge med smil om munnen, drømmende om neste sommer.
