Videl nádherné múry a staré veže.

He saw the beautiful walls and old towers.

Prechádzal po nádvorí hradu a premýšľal, ako začne svoju prezentáciu.

In the distance, music and tourists' laughter could be heard.

"Musím sa pripraviť," povedal si Marek ticho.

"I must prepare," Marek said quietly to himself.

Sadol si na kamennú lavicu.

He sat down on a stone bench.

Otvoril knihu histórie a začal čítať nahlas.

He opened a history book and began to read aloud.

Zrazu si všimol staršieho muža.

Suddenly, he noticed an older man.

Muž mal bielu bradu a usmieval sa.

The man had a white beard and was smiling.

"Máš rád históriu?

"Do you like history?"

" spýtal sa muž.

the man asked.

"Ano," odpovedal Marek.

"Yes," Marek replied.

"Mám školskú prezentáciu.

"I have a school presentation."

"Muž sa posadil vedľa Mareka.

The man sat down next to Marek.

"Bratislavský hrad má bohatú históriu.

"Bratislava Castle has a rich history.

Tu žili králi a kráľovné, tu sa rozhodovalo o osude národa.

Kings and queens lived here, and the nation's fate was decided here.

Vedel si, že tu bol korunovaný aj český kráľ?

Did you know that a Czech king was also crowned here?"

"Marek sa usmial.

Marek smiled.

"To nevedel.

"I didn't know that.

Ďakujem!

Thank you!"

"Marek pokračoval v čítaní a zapisovaní si poznámok.
