At the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, a special art exhibition is being held, full of people admiring the magnificent work.

คณิน, นักศึกษาศิลปะผู้มีใจรักในการแสดงออก, ได้วางแผนพิเศษในวันนี้

Kanin, an art student passionate about expression, has planned something special today.

เขาต้องการทำให้บรรยากาศที่บ้านอันตึงเครียดเป็นปกติอีกครั้ง

He wants to restore normalcy in the tense atmosphere at home.

ความขัดแย้งที่เกิดจากทางเลือกของเมย์ ผู้เป็นน้องสาว ที่เลือกเรียนการถ่ายภาพแทนการทำงานที่แม่ธนาภรณ์หวังเอาไว้ ทำให้บ้านกลายเป็นที่ที่เต็มไปด้วยความตึงเครียด

The conflict arose from the choice of May, his sister, who chose to study photography instead of the career their mother, Thanaporn, had hoped for, turning their home into a place filled with tension.

วันนี้คณินได้เชิญธนาภรณ์และเมย์มาชมการแสดงภาพศิลปะ

Today, Kanin invited Thanaporn and May to view the art exhibition.

คติของเขาคือ “ศิลปะสามารถรักษาใจคนได้” และเขาหวังว่าศิลปะจะพาพวกเขามาพบกับความอุ่นใจเหมือนเดิม

His motto is “Art can heal hearts,” and he hopes that art will bring them back to a place of warmth and comfort.

In the art exhibition room, people stand closely together under warm lights and beautiful decorations.

เมย์และธนาภรณ์เข้ามาในห้องพร้อมกับคณิน

May and Thanaporn enter the room with Kanin.

ทุกคนเงียบขรึมขณะที่ค่อย ๆ ดูงานศิลปะ ทุกก้าว ทุกรอยยิ้มเหมือนถูกซ้อนทับด้วยความรู้สึกที่อัดอั้น

Everyone is silent as they gradually observe the artworks, each step and smile layered with pent-up feelings.

คณินนำพาทั้งสองมาหยุดหน้าภาพวาดหนึ่ง ภาพวาดที่มีภูมิทัศน์เหมือนกับทริปครอบครัวเมื่อหลายปีก่อน ตอนนั้นทุกคนหัวเราะไปด้วยกัน

Kanin leads them to stop in front of a painting, one depicting a landscape reminiscent of a family trip from many years ago, a time when everyone laughed together.

ธนาภรณ์ยืนมองภาพด้วยแววตาที่เปลี่ยนไป

Thanaporn gazes at the painting with changing eyes.

เมย์รู้สึกถึงความอ่อนโยนในแววตาของแม่ น้ำตาคลอเบ้าของเธอและคณินเห็นเช่นกัน

May feels the tenderness in her mother's eyes, and tears well up in hers, which Kanin notices as well.

“แม่...” เมย์เอ่ยขึ้นเบา ๆ “หนูไม่อยากให้เราทะเลาะกันอีกเลยค่ะ”

“Mom...” May softly says, “I don’t want us to fight anymore.”

ธนาภรณ์มองลูกสาวและน้ำตาไหลออกมา

Thanaporn looks at her daughter with tears streaming down.

“แม่แค่อยากให้ลูกมีความสุข แต่บางทีแม่เองที่ลืมไปว่าเธอควรได้เลือกเอง”

“I just want you to be happy, but maybe I forgot that you should have the right to choose for yourself.”

คณินอมยิ้ม ขณะที่ทั้งสามคนกอดกันอย่างถ้อยทีถ้อยอาศัย

Kanin smiles as all three embrace each other tenderly.

ความเย็นชาของฤดูหนาวถูกแทนที่ด้วยความอบอุ่นใจ

The coldness of winter is replaced by warmth.

ไม่มีอะไรดีเท่ากับการคืนดีกันและร่วมฉลองปีใหม่ไปด้วยกัน

There is nothing better than reconciling and celebrating the New Year together.

“ปีนี้ เราจะมีปีใหม่ที่เป็นครอบครัวจริง ๆ ค่ะ” เมย์พูดด้วยเสียงที่มั่นใจ

“This year, we will have a real family New Year,” May says confidently.

คณินรู้สึกภูมิใจและขอบคุณศิลปะที่เขารัก

Kanin feels proud and grateful for the art he loves.

นักศิลป์รู้ดีว่าแม้เพียงภาพเดียวก็สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งที่คิดว่าหนักอึ้งได้

The artist knows that even just one picture can transform what once felt burdensome.

เขามองครอบครัวที่หัวเราะให้กัน จับมือกัน และรู้ว่าปีใหม่นี้จะเป็นการเริ่มต้นที่ดี

He watches his family laughing and holding hands and knows that this New Year will be the start of something good.
